Do you offer customization?
Yes. We provide full customization. You can add your logo, colours, shapes, sizes, printing style, QR codes and NFC links.
What NFC chip do you use?
We use original NXP NTAG series chips. These are stable, reliable and support fast scanning on both iPhone and Android.
Can the NFC link be changed later?
Yes. You can update or change the link anytime. If you need help with reprogramming, we can guide you.
Do you support OEM and ODM?
Yes. Many of our customers order OEM and ODM products. We can design, produce and pack according to your requirements.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 25 units for most products.

What materials do you use?
We use acrylic, stainless steel, metal composites and engineered materials, depending on the product type.
How long does production take?
• Samples: 3 to 5 days
• Bulk orders: 7 to 12 days
• Large OEM batches: 12 to 20 days
Actual delivery time depends on quantity and design.
Do your products work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. All NFC-enabled smartphones can read our products.
No app is required.
How are the products packed?
Each item is packed carefully using protective material. Bulk orders are packed with export-standard boxes and labelled clearly for shipping.
Can you print in full colour?
Yes. We print using UV, pigment and UV-DTF machines for rich and durable colours.
Do you handle NFC programming?
Yes. We can encode all NFC links before shipping.
You can also encode them yourself later if needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship through DHL, FedEx, UPS and air or sea freight based on your preference.
Can I combine NFC and QR on the same product?
Yes. We offer NFC + QR hybrid solutions for stands, plates and cards.
